Cancel your plan
Go to Account › Cancel subscription. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and we email you a confirmation.
Get a refund
Within 14 days of your first payment, use Account › Refund and cancel. You get the full amount back and the plan ends right away. For a renewal charge, email us. The refund policy has the details.
Delete your account
Account › Delete account removes your practices, transcripts and readings at once. If you can't sign in, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
Not speech therapy
Commawise is speaking practice. It doesn't diagnose or treat a stutter, cluttering or anxiety. For those, a speech-language pathologist or a doctor is the right person to see.
