Commawise Delete Account

1. Delete your account

Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account and confirm with one tap. If you last signed in more than a day ago, sign in again first. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, email us from the account address. Download your practices first if you want a copy. Signing in again later starts an empty account.

2. What happens

We end an active subscription without a refund. Ask for a refund first if you want one. If Stripe cannot be reached, we delete nothing and you can retry. We delete your account, practices, transcripts, readings, progress, settings, sign-in sessions and linked sign-in methods, and sign you out. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Commawise's access to your Apple Account.

3. What remains

Database recovery history keeps a copy for 30 days, only for disaster recovery. Stripe and Link keep the customer and payment records the law requires. PostHog keeps sent analytics under its terms. These events contain no email address.
